We fully bulk bill 7 days a week for patients with a valid Australian Medicare Card. For patients without Medicare or valid private insurance, consultation fees start from $75. We accept NIB CARDS.

Bulk Billing – 7 Days a Week

We proudly offer bulk billing for all patients with a valid Australian Medicare Card, making healthcare affordable and accessible. Telehealth Consultation is Bulk Billing for Medicare Patients. Telehealth Consultation is not available on weekends.

Telehealth Medicare Update:

Patients who are registered with MyMedicare are exempt from the standard 12-month rule. This means you can access care at our clinic without needing to meet the usual 12-month requirement where you required to have at least one face to face with your GP 

Consultation Fees (For Non-Medicare Holders & Private Patients)

For patients without Medicare or private health insurance, consultation fees apply. Telehealth Consultation is not available for private patients.

 

Out-of-Pocket Fees for Additional Services

Certain medical services require an out-of-pocket fee due to their complexity or resource requirements.

Cancellation & Non-Attendance Policy

We have a Cancellation/Non-attendance policy for all appointments. A $30 Cancellation Fee applies if you do not cancel or reschedule at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled GP appointment. In order to be able to consult with a practitioner in future, this fee would need to be paid prior to the appointment. (Special Circumstances will be considered).

A 48 hours notice is required for allied health (physiotherapist, dietitian, podiatrist)
